Using heura from agents

Everything an agent needs is in /llms.txt: how to sign in without a browser, how to create a capped key, the endpoint list, and the x402 flow.

Safe defaults

• Give each agent its own key with a spend cap. Never share your session token with it.
• For one-off tasks, prefer x402: the agent needs no account and can only spend what it pays per request.
• Set a client-side maximum price before paying a quote.
• Expect 403 when the balance is gone and 401 when a key has hit its cap. Treat both as a stop, not a retry.

Coding tools

Any tool that lets you change the OpenAI base URL works: set the base URL to the gateway and the key to your heura key, then choose a model from the Market page.
